Anna Peterson:  Northern Spirit

The squad includes Maddy Green (Captain) and Kate Broadmore from the current White Ferns squad, as well as Janet Brehaut and Natalie Dodd who have previous experience at the top level.

Littlejohn believes sticking with the same core group of players is the best way to develop the future White Fern stars.

“The squad have all had a taste of playing at a high level with their recent series against the touring England side.  These games coming up against Australia U-21 will give them a chance to improve their skills at a testing level,” said Littlejohn.

“The matches against Australia will provide these young players with a good opportunity to impress and put the pressure on for White Ferns spots.”
